Return Merchandise Authorization & Instructions

We carefully select merchandise with which we know our customers will be pleased. But, if upon viewing the merchandise, a product does not meet with your satisfaction, Call for return informatin, print  the customer service form below, and return the form along with your package within 30 days according to our return policies.

Please call the service center for a Return Merchandise Authorizaion and instructions for where to ship the item (particularly larger items), as some ship from and must be returned directly to the manufacturer's shipping center instead of our own warehouse.

Your credit card will be credited for any refund due you in approximately 14 days after our receipt of the merchandise. If you are requesting a replacement, you can expect it to be shipped within 3-5 days after your return is received. Items listed as BACKORDERED on your receipt have NOT been charged. They will be charged at time of shipping. Items listed as OUT OF STOCK have NOT been charged and must be re-ordered by you at a later date. We apologize for any inconveniences these might cause. DEFECTIVE merchandise warranted by the manufacturer may be turned over to the manufaturer before credit is issued.

We CANNOT take returns on special orders (ie: electric tables, kennel fencing, aluminum dog boxes, personalized items, books, videos or CD's.) Defects in manufacturing will be replaced with an identical item.
